Biodal Products Provide Vitamin D
Biodal® (vitamin D3) comes in a range of doses from 1,000 to 50,000 IU, as well as drops for infants and children. Note that Biodal® (vitamin D3) 50,000 IU, is designed as a weekly dose. The dosage depends on your age and general health, but around 2000 IU daily on average is sufficient to ensure optimal blood levels in most adults.
